  3. Equals the amount shown as down on HUD I
  4. Subtract MERS Fee
  5. Match’s the Land recording number
  6. Subtract Year 1900
  7. Add the CCR recording number

Running trial balance equals SPS Statement balance  This is the length they are going to reconstruct a foreclosure under section 1.751 or liquidation at zero .

Loan amount shown on note is $586,300 . SPS Statements show balance of $618,005.81 Ouch! Lies !
